NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Contract Bridge Association Limited will be held on December 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at 20/F, Kelly Commercial Centre, 570-572 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon.

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the AGM will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Members will be notified of the Zoom meeting ID in due course. Members who decide to join the AGM via Zoom should register by email to hkcbaadm@hkcba.org by December 14, 2020 indicating the location in which you will be joining the meeting. The location information collected are required for audit purpose.

Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting can fill in the proxy form attached and fax it to 2314-8101 or mail to the above address by December 11, 2020.
